Stop Working and Take the Day Off!

Although it’s Labor Day many people are tempting to get a little work done and catch up. Whether it’s paid work or work in the home it’s easy to think of a day off as a day to catch up.

But this Labor Day consider really taking the day off. And if that feels impossible then give yourself a few hours of no work. No e-mails, phone calls, reports, laundry, or cleaning — just a few hours of rest. Relaxation is essential to healthy living. In order to keep up with life’s busy demands of work, family, and relationships we all need time to unwind.

Whether you’re going to a movie, a cookout, or watching a television marathon take some time today to relax and enjoy the last few hours of summer!
