Working Well
About the Engagement
Focused skill-building produces real behavior change when the learning is grounded in practice, not just awareness.
Working Well is designed for organizations that want to invest in all levels of their workforce. It addresses the same organizational challenges as Managing Well, but from the employee perspective: how people give and receive feedback, navigate relationships with supervisors and colleagues, build a sense of belonging, and take care of themselves at work.
Working Well is available as a project-based engagement and is often where organizations begin their relationship with The Ladipo Group.
Who it’s for
HR leaders, people operations teams, and organizational leaders who want culture work that reaches their entire workforce, not just those with direct reports.
Focus areas
Working Well programming draws from four areas of focus. Engagements are customized based on the organization’s needs.
- Feedback and Trust: giving and receiving feedback in a way that creates trust, improves the work, and respects the professional relationship.
- Psychological Safety and Building B.R.A.V.E. Cultures at Work: building psychological safety, trust, and connection across teams.
- Managing Up and Working Well Together: navigating relationships with supervisors and colleagues and addressing conflict before it becomes a barrier.
- Mental Health at Work, Taking Care of Yourself: self-awareness, coping strategies, and knowing when and how to access support.
How we measure change
Success is measured through participant feedback, live polls, and pre- and post-workshop surveys that capture observable shifts in skill, confidence, and behavior. Organizations receive analysis and recommendations specific to their workforce, not just a summary of scores.
