Tonya Ladipo, is a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW, and the Founder and CEO of The Ladipo Group, a consulting and training organization dedicated to building emotionally intelligent leaders and creating workplace cultures where people thrive.

With 25+ years of experience as a clinician, facilitator, and trusted advisor to organizations, Tonya brings a rare blend of emotional insight and practical strategy to her work.
