A native of Detroit, Tina has many years of experience fostering programmatic, operational and strategic growth in organizations, across various industries, including nonprofit and the private
sector.
Tina holds a SHRM-SCP certification and has led a wide variety of organizational programs, including implementing key processes, software and policies supporting sustainable business growth, with relationships and collaboration at the center of her work. With a passion for education and social justice, she was previously the founding Director of Operations for a
start-up school in New York City and serves as a board member of a national nonprofit created to develop Black-centered curriculum for students.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Howard University in Washington, DC and an Master of Public Administration from the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College in New York. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, home
decor, listening to podcasts and spending time with family.
