Whether it’s home, work, children, or comunity events there’s always something going on that needs attention. Sometimes the idea of stress relief feels impossible. Rather than spiral downward
Put yourself in time out. Take a break from all of the chaos and stress around you. Just a few minutes a day to disconnect from everything and everyone needing your attention.
Delegate. I am not the only capable one. I am not the only capable one. Repeat as many times as you need to to believe it. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean that you should. Figure out what you’re doing that others can do and ask them to do it!
