Dr. Vanessa Frierson Freeman is a licensed psychologist, facilitator, and content developer. She currently owns and operates her therapy private practice Searching for Self Counseling and Consulting, LLC. which focuses on empowering and supporting Black women’s wellness. Dr. Freeman has a passion for helping Black women challenge the stereotypes placed upon them to help them embrace their authentic selves. She does this work through providing individual therapy, group coaching, workshop facilitation, and consultation with organizations interested in supporting Black women.
