Tiffani Donaldson Berry

Tiffani Donaldson-Berry, M.Ed., is currently the Program Director of Training & Consulting at The Ladipo Group. Tiffani brings many years of experience in training development, focusing on e-learning design and instruction.

At The Ladipo Group, she has successfully balanced and managed existing, new, and potential clients and new and current staff. She has assisted with conducting over two hundred workshops across six industries and trained over 16K individuals during a global pandemic. Tiffani also oversaw a successful virtual DEI Assessment while increasing various scopes of work with significant clients.

She has overseen multi-year projects assessing racial equity within workplaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all by way of training staff, conducting in-person interviews and distributing and analyzing surveys. In addition to overseeing assessments, Tiffani has managed multiple projects within the technology, transportation planning, workforce development, urban redevelopment planning, and social services industries ensuring their staff was provided training on topics such as microaggressions, unconscious bias, race, gender, and LGBTQ concepts. She has also been the facilitator for training on topics such as Vicarious Trauma, Time Management, Customer Service Skills, SMART Goals, and various new hire orientations. Her experience includes creating, testing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating recruitment and training processes and strategies at a global level.

Tiffani holds a Master’s degree in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University. She also has an E-Learning Instruction Design Certificate from the Association of Talent Development and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. She has worked cross-functionally to implement new and customized training programs in various departments, including IT, HR, Finance, E-Commerce & Marketing. She has a solid ability to work directly with all levels of the organization, quickly establish credibility as a trusted resource, coach leaders to increase effectiveness, and partner effectively to drive business results.
