Markita J. Billups, LCSW, Chief Operations Officer of The Ladipo Group, is a healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience. She specializes in aligning people, processes, and technology to optimize clinical and operational systems and foster high-performing teams.
Prior to joining The Ladipo Group, Markita held leadership positions at Oshi Health and Vital Decisions, where she scaled operations, led clinical programs, and spearheaded telehealth initiatives. A recognized thought leader, Markita has shared her expertise at industry conferences and is the founder of Blackbird Strategic Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping healthcare organizations optimize and scale.
Markita’s contributions to healthcare operations and leadership have earned her nominations for Modern Healthcare’s Emerging Leaders 40 Under 40, the Transform 10 Leader’s Award, Rock Health’s Builder’s Award, and she is a recipient of the 2024 Culture Amp’s Top 25 Emerging Culture Creators award.
