Wellness For Black Employees

The global pandemic and recent, widespread awareness of systemic racism have significantly changed life and how we work. As organizations navigate the widespread impact on their operations and customers, the emotional and mental health of your employees must be considered. The stress of navigating and managing the impact of the pandemic and systemic racism is felt by everyone. Employee wellbeing and workplace productivity decreases in times of great stress.

Taking Care of Employees

Similar to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we offer specialized wellness services for Black employees within your organization. Our team of experts will support your organization to tend to the emotional and mental health needs of your talent. Services include one-on-one and group wellness sessions. Packages can be customized to your organization’s needs.


  • Standard packages include:
  •  
  • One-on-one wellness sessions with a Masters or Ph.D. level mental health provider offered in packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions per employee within a 6-month period
  •  
  • Group wellness workshops offered in 60 or 90-minute increments, facilitated by a Masters or Ph.D. level mental health provider.

Topics may include:

    • Managing fear and anxiety
    • Tools to manage imposter syndrome
    • Coping with microaggressions
    • Stress management and relaxation tools
    • Parenting Black Children in the midst of racial uprising and awakenings
  • Developing and  Implementing a realist personal wellness plan

Can’t we use our current EAP?

Many Black employees find that their company’s EAP does not have racially diverse providers. If they desire to work with a Black provider and they do not have that option, they are unable to fully use their benefits.

Partnering with The Ladipo Group to provide these benefits to your Black employees allows them to receive the wellness services they desire and provides a means for your organization to fully meet the needs of all of your employees.
