Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She has over a decade experience in the field of Social Work. She became an entrepreneur in June of 2016.
One of the companies she worked with as a contractor for was The Ladipo Group. She became a contractor in 2018 to create content and training facilitation for various clients. In November 2019, she became a full – time employee with The Ladipo Group as the Program Specialist. She will still be developing curricula and providing training facilitation for various clients, as well as being the point person to coordinate training and content development. Providing Case Management services for clients affected by Mental health & homelessness has opened the door for Nicole to facilitate psychoeducational and supportive groups for the client population and engage others in the healing process with the group dynamic. She utilizes her experience in the Social Work field and personal values of facilitating radical conversations within the group process to evaluate, empower and effectively impact others and environments.
