Constanzia “Connie” Churn is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Ladipo Group. Under her leadership are all services of The Ladipo Group including DEIB Consulting, Counseling & Therapy, Human Resources/Operations and Culture. 

Connie is a healthcare executive with more than twenty-five years of revenue cycle management & operations experience. Before joining The Ladipo Group, she was the Director of Operations of Revenue Cycle Quality & Transition Management for a full-service Revenue Cycle Management firm that serviced 500+ physicians. She has served as Director of Revenue Cycle Management for large healthcare systems and Health Management Services Organization’s (HMSO) in New Jersey and Philadelphia and has successfully led multiple teams to increase cash collections, reduce days in AR, and optimize operations for primary care and multi-specialty practices.

Throughout her career, Connie has always been an advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and mental health awareness. She was formally Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee at Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton, where she led initiatives and programs that spotlighted diverse groups. Connie was nominated several times for Most Valuable Employee due to her ability to communicate effectively and connect through positive interactions with multiple stakeholders. Her teams and colleagues have often recognized her as a motivational, inspirational, and compassionate leader who believes in collaborative efforts geared toward successful outcomes. She strongly believes everyone should be treated with fairness, dignity, respect, and presented with equal opportunities, regardless of their life position.

Connie earned her Executive MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.  She’s a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM). 

A native of Louisiana, Connie has a deep-rooted love for family, good food, and music. She’s an avid reader whose favorite pastimes are attending concerts, cooking, fishing, and sports. She also enjoys travel and family time with her husband, their adult children, and grandchildren.
