The Ladipo Group can partner with your internal Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committees to ensure they have actionable goals and are taking steps to create a safe and welcoming workplace. We meet regularly with your committee to map out long-term goal plans with specific milestones, identify internal and external resources, and create metrics to provide a return on investment for your staff and organization. If your organization has not created an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, we are happy to partner with you to select a diverse group of your team members that will be committed to the work.
Our programming is not one and done and often involves a long-term commitment. We can provide your organization with an analysis that examines all aspects of equity, diversity, and inclusion. This can include a review of your policies and procedures, in-depth interviews with leadership and other identified staff members, focus groups, and surveys. The assessment portion is crucial in hearing the voices of all of your staff. Following the assessment phase, we provide recommendations that can include consulting, coaching, and/or training programs.
Emotional Intelligence is the foundation of our training programs. This concept is interwoven within each workshop to provide tools on how to navigate through tough conversations and emotions that may arise during these times. Some topics for our workshops include Microaggressions, Unconscious Bias, Effective Communication, and Effective Allyship, and Manager specific training programs.

Coaching is a valuable tool for leaders and individual contributors in an organization. It provides a space to learn new tools to use in the workplace and talk through the process of using the tools. We will pair your staff with our experts to create individual Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion goals and become more effective leaders in your organization to create sustainable change.
The global pandemic and recent, widespread awareness of systemic racism have significantly changed life and how we work. As organizations navigate the widespread impact on their operations and customers, the emotional and mental health of your employees must be considered. The stress of navigating and managing the impact of the pandemic and systemic racism is felt by everyone. Employee wellbeing and workplace productivity decreases in times of great stress.
Many Black employees find that their company’s EAP does not have racially diverse providers. If they desire to work with a Black provider and they do not have that option, they are unable to fully use their benefits.

You cannot tell people what to think or feel or believe. However, in the workplace, organizations can set expectations for how employees behave and hold them accountable when they miss the mark.
Companies are a microcosm of the social and cultural world in which they exist. True organizational allyship involves a strategic plan to build the ideal workplace with systems that intentionally foster inclusion.
We offer similar training topics for direct reports and all staff. However, effective change begins with leadership. Once leaders and managers demonstrate allyship behaviors, we then train staff on the new, expected behaviors.
